General Duties:

  • Clear clogged drains, sinks, toilets, floor drains, and sewer lines.
  • Operate drain cleaning equipment such as drain snakes, augers, jetters, and root cutters.
  • Perform video camera inspections of drain and sewer lines to identify blockages and damage.
  • Diagnose drainage issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.
  • Remove grease, debris, roots, and other obstructions from drainage systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on drain and sewer systems.
  • Assist with minor plumbing repairs related to drainage systems.
  • Locate and identify damaged or collapsed pipes.
  • Recommend repair or replacement options to customers when needed.
